What to wear
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Plain clothing (no patterns) and solid or dark colors are preferred (gray, white, black, dark blue, etc.)

Day Retreat Pass
We offer three rates for our day retreats: • Members: kr 350 • Non-members: kr 450 • Reduced rate: kr 220 The reduced rate is intended for full-time students and anyone experiencing financial constraints that make the standard price difficult. We rely on participants to choose the category that reflects their situation honestly, so that we can keep our retreats accessible while covering our costs fairly.
