All-day Retreats

One Sunday each month, we hold an all-day retreat dedicated to focused Zen training. These Sundays offer a chance to step away from daily responsibilities and dedicate yourself fully to practice. The schedule follows a traditional Korean Zen retreat format, with periods of seated meditation, walking meditation, chanting, bowing, and a simple shared meal. Whether you are new to Zen or experienced, the day offers a clear and structured environment to deepen your practice and explore the great question at the heart of Zen.
