Day Retreats

sand-textures-background (2).jpg

One Sunday a month, we hold a full-day retreat dedicated to focused Zen training. These Sundays are a chance to step outside daily distractions and dedicate yourself fully to practice. The schedule follows a traditional Korean Zen retreat format, with periods of seated meditation, walking meditation, chanting, bowing and a simple shared meal. Whether you are new to Zen or experienced, the day offers a clear and structured environment to deepen practice and investigate the great question at the heart of practice.
