Hwadu Hikes

Step out of the city and into the stillness of nature. One Sunday a month, we gather in Oslo’s forests to practice hwadu in motion, exploring the questions at the heart of Zen while walking mindfully among the trees. These hikes help you deepen your practice, clear your mind, and experience the wonder of the present moment.
